Registration information was sent to all TEECA advisors around September 18, 2017. You must use that online Google Spreadsheet to register all participants (students, advisors, faculty, & guests).
There are three key steps to prepare your school for attendance at the 2017 TEECA Eastern Regional Conference:
- Reserve hotel rooms by directly calling the Virginia Beach Resort and Conference Center (ask for TEECA group rate).
- Register your participating students, faculty and guests, with the registration template that will be available beginning on September 18, 2017. This electronic registration form is sent to your TEECA chapter advisor. If your advisor has not received this form, please contact Sharon.Brusic@millersville.edu.
- Send your school’s registration check made out to TEECA CONFERENCE 2017 and send to:

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, October 12, 2017
HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: Thursday, October 12, 2017
Conference Fee (faculty or student): $80 per person
Conference Fee after deadline: $100 per person
The conference fee includes a banquet dinner on November 10 and a luncheon on Nov. 11, as well as a event t-shirt.
Non-registered guests accompanying conference participants may attend the banquet dinner for $40 and the luncheon for $30, and may purchase a t-shirt for $15.
